A Secure NDN Framework for Internet of Things Enabled Healthcare

Healthcare is a binding domain for the Internet of Things (IoT) to automate healthcare services sharing and accumulation patient records at anytime from anywhere through Internet. The current IP-based architecture suffers latency, mobility, location dependency, security. Named Data Networking (NDN) has been projected as future internet cope with limitations However, NDN infrastructure does not have secure framework IoT information. In this paper, we proposed IoT-enabled (IoTEH). work, adopt Identity-Based Signcryption (IBS) cryptography under security hardness Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptosystem (HCC) IoTEH information in NDN. HCC provides corresponding level using minimal computational communicational resources compared bilinear pairing Elliptic (ECC). For efficiency scheme, simulated solution Automated Validation Security Protocols Applications (AVISPA). Besides, deployed scheme on it recent IBS schemes terms computation communication overheads. simulation results showed superiority improvement against contemporary related works.
